For my nail of the week, I chose Revlon's Sheer Seafoam. It's a limited edition nail polish by Gucci Westman for Revlon in the Spring/Summer 2012 Escapism Collection.
I would describe the colour in the bottle to be a muted cloudy teal. However, on the nail, it's a whole different story.
Sheer Seafoam lives up to it's name. It is very, very sheer. The above picture has four layers to achieve this opacity. You can still see a visible nail line. I don't think you can achieve full opacity with this nail polish unless you want to have at least 8 to 10 layers.
Sheer Seafoam has a jelly finish. I found the formula to be very watery when applying. Make sure to brush away excess before applying or you could be applying to much on your nail at one time. Also, I think I should have waited longer in between coats. After a while, I saw a lot of bubbling on all of my nails. You might want to wait a minute in between coats.
Bottom line: Revlon Sheer Seafoam is not Makeup Critic recommended. It's just to sheer. It's too bad, I really like the colour in the bottle rather than on the nail.
